To get the level 1 Wing, you first need to create a Chaos Weapon, then a Relic and only then try your luck to get the Wing.
The Chaos Machine is in Noria, at coordinates 180,100.
Then select the Chaos Weapon creation option.
To create a Chaos Weapon you need:
- 1 item at least +4;
- 1 Jewel of Chaos.
If you want to increase your chances of success, you can use it too:
- Jewel of Bless;
- Jewel of Soul.
With these items, just go to the NPC and choose the second option of Wings lvl 1 to create the Wing Relic lvl 1.
With the lvl 1 Wing Relic in hand, just select 1st Wings. If you want to increase your chances of success, add a Lesser Spirit Stone.
That's it! You now have your lvl 1 wing.
